Shipping

Shipping to MOST locations in Canada on orders with a sub-total over $99 is free! Excluded are Newfoundland, NWT, Yukon, and Nunavut. We reserve the right to refuse free shipping to any other location if it's remote in our definition (BC islands, northern Quebec etc). In this case we will get back to you with a shipping quote. We will only ask you to pay the amount which is above the regular shipping rate. We make every effort to provide free shipping even to remote locations and many rural locations are covered!

We reserve the right to select the carrier: Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, Loomis, or another courier.

We can ship to PO boxes with Canada Post only, please contact us first. Some Pelican coolers and many Trail Kitchen items are too big to be shipped via Canada Post.

All shipping is trackable and fully insured against loss or damage.

Most items will arrive within 6 business days but please note that shipping times are not guaranteed.
