Pelican coolers have a limited lifetime warranty: Pelican Warranty.

AO Coolers also have a limited lifetime warranty which can be found here: AO warranty.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or pick up date, as recorded by the carrier's online tracking system.

All returns have to be authorized by us, please contact us to receive authorization number.

Returned merchandise has to be in brand new condition with original packaging.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, we do not provide a return shipping label.

Pelican coolers have to be returned to Edmonton warehouse, all other items have to be returned to our Vaughan, ON warehouse.

Customer is responsible for the return until it reaches us: please package and insure your parcel accordingly.

If the return is approved full purchase amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving returned product.
