Our evaporative coolers have a 1 year warranty on all parts.

Winnerwell products have a 1 year parts or replacement warranty.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or pick up date, as recorded by the carrier's online tracking system.

All returns have to be authorized by us, please contact us to receive authorization number.

Returned merchandise has to be in brand new condition with original packaging.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, we do not provide a return shipping label unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Products have to be returned to our Vaughan, ON warehouse.

Customer is responsible for the return until it reaches us: please package and insure your parcel accordingly.

If the return is approved full purchase amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 2 days of us receiving returned product.
